The SUREstartTM XP Valve is a pressure actuated sliding sleeve which is designed to be run on the bottom of a cemented completion string, providing a method of pressure testing the casing, then initiating the first fracturing stage. When surface pressure is applied to open the valve, circulation is established with the formation to allow for subsequent treatment operations. Once activated, the spring assisted piston and lock open feature ensures that the sleeve is always fully open.
SUREstartTM XP Valve
Features & Benefits
Compact design for ease of handling (no pup joints required).
Internal piston is protected and hydraulically balanced to prevent premature activation.
Spring assisted piston and magnetic lock-open feature ensures valve fully opens and remains open.
Equipped with interchangeable burst disks, available in 500 psi (3.5 MPa) increments.
Flow port area designed to prevent screen out.
Full drift I.D. to allow standard wiper plugs to pass through the valve unimpeded.
Torque through capability.
Rated to 400° F (204° C) with standard trim, elastomer upgrades available.
Available with total pressure rating up to 20,000 psi (138 MPa).
The Gryphon Echo series of dissolvable hydraulic fracturing plug technologies are specifically designed to provide a fully dissolvable multistage fracturing solution in the widest variation of applications. Developed with dissolvable magnesium alloys, dissolvable elastomers, and dissolvable high-strength metal-matrix material, the Echo dissolvable frac plugs are capable of withstanding pressures up to 10,000 psi (69 MPa) in temperatures up to 250° F (121° C). This range of performance is attainable due to Gryphon’s extensive research into advanced alloy technologies. The result is a creation of the ideal mix of both materials and product design focused on achieving the ideal downhole performance characteristics for all applications. The Echo series of dissolvable frac plugs are run on industry standard electric line setting tools. Wireline adapter kits are designed to optimize and increase flow area through the kit to maximize run in speed.
The field proven, traditional frac plug design ensures both exceptional performance and reliable dissolution in traditional brine conditions, extreme high temperature scenarios, or even fresh water environments.

Our all-inclusive Blue Cap system minimizes shoe track length enabling maximum pay zone recovery and reduces the number of down-hole components without requiring modifications to standard operating or cementing procedures.
The Gryphon Blue Cap Shoe Track System is a reliable, cost effective solution for achieving a maximum casing integrity test and initiating intervention-less communication with the reservoir in a cemented production string application, without the use of a toe valve or TCP.
The Blue Cap System is a unique design that pairs the advantages of a wet shoe application with a simple shoe track system, compliant with all integrity testing and hydraulic fracturing regulatory requirements. The system components consisting of a top and bottom cement wiper plugs with integrated ball seat, latch-in profile landing collar and compatible float equipment. While carefully monitoring displacement, the cement job is completed as usual, launching the bottom plug ahead of the cement slurry and top plug behind it. Once pumping operations are completed, a dissolvable ball is pumped down to the ball seat to perform a maximum pressure casing integrity test. After a short time, the ball dissolves and access to the well is regained allowing for first stage pump down operations to begin.
